Then drive on the brim of Parc National des Volcans, depending on the group or family of gorilla that you will be allocated to trek. The gorilla safari here commences at about 2000 meters above sea level in the upmost slopes of the Volcanoes, led by experienced trackers who have spent their entire lives living in or close to the forest - time will vary with how close they will be and it is unpredictable because gorilla tracking takes place in their natural habitats also depending on the ape’s movements, some families are not far others are quite fast moving that it may take you longer hours to find them - Your trek will be captivating as you merge through pending vines, moss-covered Hagenia trees and giant Lobelias that thrive in the tropical climate. The high point, of course, one of the greatest wildlife experiences on earth, will be spending an hour with the gentle giant gorillas as they go about their daily life, feeding, playing, resting, and raising their young. After Gorilla trekking transfer to the hotel for Lunch. In the afternoon visit the Iibyiwacu cultural village.
